Our Learn to Row Program is aimed at school aged students. The program consists of 4 sessions and you will learn:
- The basics of how a rowing shed works and how to set up a boat
- How to use an ergo (rowing machine)
- The fundamentals of the rowing stroke
- How to row a single scull
